1. What TCGKami is

TCGKami (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) is a price discovery and market data tool for trading card game products. We display listing and sales data sourced from eBay to help users research market prices. TCGKami does not sell products, hold inventory, or process payments.

2. Affiliate links

This site participates in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), an affiliate advertising program. Links to eBay listings are affiliate links — if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from eBay at no additional cost to you.

We do not control pricing on eBay. All transactions are solely between you and the seller on eBay, governed by eBay's terms and buyer/seller policies.

3. Data accuracy

Price data is sourced from the eBay Browse API and may be cached for a period of time. Market prices fluctuate constantly. All data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Do not rely solely on TCGKami data for financial, investment, or resale decisions. Always verify prices directly on eBay before acting.

4. No warranty

TCGKami is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use the site at your own discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCGKami and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on data displayed here. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed one US dollar ($1.00).

6. Intellectual property

TCGKami is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. “eBay” is a registered trademark of eBay Inc. Trading card game names, artwork, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, etc.). We display product data for informational purposes under fair use principles.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of TCGKami after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
